Tovah is a six-time Emmy & Tony nominee and has been awarded three honorary Doctorates of Humane Letters. Additionally, for her theatre work, she has won four Drama Desks, four Outer Critics Circle, three Dramalogues, the Obie, the Theatre World, and the Helen Hayes and Lucille Lortel Awards for Best Actress. She is a playwright, concert artist, and author; She recently released her memoir, LILYVILLE: Mother, Daughter, and Other Roles I’ve Played...

Feldshuh Fund for
Women's Health
In celebration of her 50 years on Broadway, Tovah established the
Feldshuh Fund for Women’s Health
at the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly known as The Actors Fund), which provides services for early detection of ovarian and other reproductive cancers for women in the performing arts and entertainment community.

Tovah most recently starred in her TENTH Broadway show as “Mrs. Rosie Brice” in the 2022 revival of FUNNY GIRL alongside Emmy-nominated Lea Michele as "Fanny", Tony & Olivier nominee Ramin Karimloo, and 2022 Tony & Drama Desk nominee Jared Grimes. Her performances began on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022 at Broadway’s August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street) and concluded with the show's closing on Sunday, September 3rd.
